The small seal reads "Yudang 酉堂." The first character of the larger seal is Kim  which is the painter's last name. In all likelihood, the painter is Kim Huisun (金熙舜, 1881-1968) whose style name is Yudang 酉堂. He was born and active in Jeonju  全州 in Northern Jeolla province 全羅北道.  He enjoyed some fame during Japanese colonial rule. The screen shows the Nihonga 日本 style of the early twentieth century.
